The Bay Area Consortium recently closed the Market Street Location and relocated to 1103 12th Street. Oakland, CA 94607.

The Bay Area Consortium offers case management through the Market Street Clinic located in Oakland, California. All medical related services are offered through the Berkeley Clinic. The Market Street Clinic is open for patient services Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The clinic is not open on Tuesdays or Mondays -- except for absolute emergencies.

New Clients
New clients are welcome to walk-in during normal operating hours. New clients will need to complete the referral process with a member of our outreach team and then schedule an intake appointment with a case manager for enrollment.
